Cairo, Cairo, Cairo....

Cairo - the capital of Egypt. The City of 1000 Minarets.

The great Arab historian Ibn Khaldun called Cairo “the Mother of the World”. The words “Cairo surpasses everything one may imagine” belonged to Ibn Khaldun, too.

I was there only one day. And i can say – it’s not enough. I visited Cairo with tourist group – it was excursion. So, i hope you understood what it mean :-) About 7 hours in the buss, then running, running, running – manage to saw as much as possible ;-)We saw Egyptian Museum, Pyramids, Sphinx. Thats all. Ou, and of course -Papyrus Institute, Perfume Essence Museum and Jewellery Workshop :-))) As we visited these places in Hurghada and Luxor, so too much.... And with pleasure i spent this time somewhere else. :-)

When we got back to Hurghada Juris asked me: “Do you like Cairo?” And when i said “Yes, i like and i hope some day get back for longer time.” After this he looked very surprised at me and said that i’m really strange ;-) Sometimes such expressions are common to Juris ;-)))
