Opened in 1966, Angel Stadium (formerly known as Anaheim Stadium, Big A, and Edison Field) has been the home of the Anaheim (California) Angels, the 2002 World Champions of professional baseball. Edison Field was also formerly home for the pro football team, Los Angeles Rams, since moved to St. Louis in 1995. Total seating capacity is 43,250.

Other events also take place at the stadium during the year including concerts, religious revivals, and outdoor sporting events such as high school/college football, motocross, and off-road events.

This is the home of the 2007 STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS Anaheim Ducks professional ice hockey team. The Ducks play all of their home games here each season from October through April (or into May or June if they make the playoffs). The Honda Center is a very popular venue for an assortment of other shows, sports, and concerts. The Honda Center is still known by its previous name "The Pond", but many people are now starting to call it "The Ponda".

Honda Center parking to all events is $12. There are numerous other lots across the street or nearby on Katella Ave. that also provide parking to Pond events for a similar or lower price. Be prepared to walk. You can also park at a nearby outdoor plaza on Katella Ave. and catch a free shuttle to the Honda Center if you eat at one of the restaurants there.

Little known fact: Arrowhead Pond is ranked #3 in gross revenue worldwide for concerts in 2005. Only Madison Square Garden in NYC and Sydney Superdome in Australia grossed more money.
