I realized I had made the right choice of accomodation as soon as I walked into the lobby. It was light and airy and very welcoming.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and shampoo contitioner and body lotion are replaced daily or as they are used.
Practically all rooms have a sea view and air conditioning is operational throughout the premises.
The room boys work endlessly to make everything perfect. I had a different design made from towels every day for a fortnight. From swans to flowers to hearts - each day was a rich experience in their dedication just to ensure a pleasant stay for all. Fawzy, our senior housekeeper was fantastic and always visited us each day to ensure our holiday was as fabulous as possible.
You dont need to raise a finger at the Hilton, their aim to to serve you.
They reminded me of this every time I tried to pour a drink!
Unique Qualities: The jetty on the main beach provides a good view of marine life for those who cannot swim.
Hotel staff are polite and friendly and always eager to please.
Many tour operators use the hotel making excursions an uncomplicated process.
Security at the Waterfalls is definitely a plus point, you must walk through a metal detector to gain access.
