  At least in Auckland you don't need to pay that tax from July,2008.

  For the BEST punt tour go to the Antigua Boat Sheds next to the Botanic Gardens on Cambridge Terrace. It's more beautiful, away from the traffic (through the gardens) and you can book on 64 (0)3 366 0337 or email info@punting.co.nz Way better!
