Melbourne.. personally, I think its a city of contradictions.
Sure we have plenty about the other capital cities around Australia.... the focus being on Sydney the majority of the population call home .. but Melbourne has a lil something extra.. a curious quality about it that makes it hard to describe.. |
Spring is here - YIPEEE... Its time to put away my couch potato ways that I have been nurturing all winter long and time to put on my walking shoes .. tone up on the flabs *if that is possible ... yikes!* and once all is justified, my gorgeous NineWest dancing shoes is going to get back on!
Other plans for this coming spring/summer -
1) Learn how to swim - FINALLY
2) Start scrimping once again - as have broke the bank on my recent Europe trip...
3) Try to pick up Italian *no, my naughty ones.. not men ... but the language .. but it will be nice if an Italian does swoop me off my feet now hmmmm*
4) Polish up on my non-existent rollerblading skills....but first, I have to get my rollerblades back from Adelaide!
5) Go watch some plays/concerts
6) Be more active.. *I've joined a gym... step 1 to a healthier lifestyle!!* *

Be it from the simple pleasures of walking around Victoria Park or basking in the sun out at Federation Square .. or shopping to ones hearts content ... as the ads potray .."There is no place like Victoria" |
