Getting TO/AROUND: The public "bus" boat will cost you approx 10 Euro if you bought the ticket before entering the boat.. If you like us where given a tour to One Island and did not need to buy a ticket in Venice you will most likely experience problem. Because when they ask you for a ticket and maybe you will think like we thought that you would be able to buy the tickets when on the boat? Oh no.... instead they will give you a penalty á 20 euro..
Funny thing was that there was a little yellow ticket machine where we entered the boat only that it was only in Italian and you needed a ticket to use it….

Getting TO/AROUND: Find the Alilaguna boat is the public line to and from the airport and will only cost you 10 Euro.. It departs once every hour and will take you about 1 hour to Venice.
If you would like to spend your money and want it to take less than 20 minutes then take the taxi boat. It will go directly and cost you 80 euro...

I do know that a lot of people say its a tourist trap.. I didn't see it that way!

Our Gondolier was the perfect guide..
Yes it cost us 80 euro for a 30 minutes ride but it was worth it.. We passed the palazzo of Casanova, Vivaldi, under the bridges...
    Simply lovely!
