Regrettably, I didn't get to spend as much time here as I would have liked. It was getting late, we had been to some places across the Schlei in Germany, and stores were beginning to close. I MUST go back, it is definitely a beautiful drive to get there!
I did, however, have time to eat am authentic Danish hot dog! |

Next time in Sonderborg, take that Danish dog up to the Dybbol, the hill just west of town where the monuments are to the Danish-Prussian events of 1866. Nice view from up there too. |
