... and how I got there...
I must admit, Zagreb was never on my “must visit” list, mainly because of the recent past and ugly war that happened in Balkans. And there was a slight amount of fear that someone might look at me in a wrong way, or say something bad since I’m coming from Serbia...
But, I was soooooooo wrong!!!!!!!
Planning my trip to London, I found a really cheap flight from Zagreb and decided to take a chance! So I arrived in the early morning and had the chance to explore the city for 7 hours, which of course wasn’t enough! I didn’t really know what to expect when I got there, I heard nice stories from my dad about his student days in Zagreb, but honestly I was really blown away with Zagreb and its beauty!
Of course, I mustn’t forget to say… All the people I met and talked to along the way, were so nice and friendly :)

Uspinjaca is also locally known as zapinjaca ;) Lovely page for only a few hours-visit. Hope you will return in the near future.
Really nice page and pics on Zagreb. Very useful info on transportation too.
