I'm actually writing about Cirali a village next to Olympus. Cirali has a great beach about 2-3 km long. Set beside this are ancient greek ruins from Olympus city! Furthermore, the beach is under a program by WWF as turtles nest every year. If you are lucky you will see one! I think the season starts in July! Unluckily we missed it!

There are no big hotels here, which is great, so it is very green and natural!

Pros and Cons

Pros:No overdevelopment, great countryside, turtles! great beach, loads of greek ruins!
Cons:Even though there is a WWF program here, there still seems to be a lot of rubbish on the ground! Stupid people!
In a nutshell:The best place on the Turkish coast to relax and enjoy nature! No nightlife though!

Olympos is great, isn't it?Loved the place (stayed there in 2002). And also, I liked your "Thunderbirds" passport photo...I still recall those 1970's TV afternoons. Happy birthday, Brains!
