Many people have seen of Frankfurt only its international airport. In fact it is very big, and a transit place for very many travellers.
Those who actually go to Frankfurt are for the majority doing so because of work or business.
I belong to both groups: I have several times transited in Frankfurt before or after intercontinental flights, and I have also attended big international fairs held here.
Although my trips to Frankfurt were for work, I always managed to take some hours off to wander about the city.
However I have started only recently to write tips, so I have not yet finished working on this page.

I've been living in Frankfurt for forty years and never knew about the Brickegickel! Very nice lead photo from the Alte Brücke with the rowers in the foreground. I'm glad you have started writing Frankfurt tips, and look forward to seeing more sometime.
