Like many other visitors, I went to Salisbury on a day-trip from London. Again like many visitors, I stopped here on a visit to Stonehenge. I knew about the Cathedral, and I wanted to visit it, but I did not know how nice and charming the town is.
My recommendation to all those who plan a stop in Salisbury during a trip in this area, is to allow a few hours, in order to appreciate all its beauty.
