I lived in Boston for two years while working on my Masters degree at Boston University. Although I also went away to college, this was the first time I lived anywhere alone - away from family and friends, without any roommates. I loved it! Of course I missed the company of many people, but truth be told, it was nearly impossible to get bored in the city of Boston. Since I moved from Boston I've actually been trying to find a way to get back to living there again (a job in the city perhaps?!), but so far it is not in the cards for me.
In a nutshell, the city of Boston has something for everyone. I know that sounds very cliche, but in this instance, it just happens to be true! |

abates Mon Jun 23, 2008 22:45 UTC Do you know of a hotel that is at a T stop (or very close to). Something as far out from downtown as possible to avoid traffic nightmares for a MidWesterner? | gregoryr1m Sun May 1, 2005 03:32 UTC I hope to visit Boston one day. Excellent tips here... I have heard that the stadium where the Red Sox play is built in the same location where Babe Ruth's dad owned a bar. | rwlittle Tue Mar 8, 2005 03:30 UTC Great Boston tips...did they make y'all go "quack quack!" on your duck tour? Cheers! | garridogal Tue Nov 23, 2004 00:47 UTC You haven't missed much by not eating at The Bull and Finch! |
