History all around! | One of the many famous streets in Krakow |
I've just returned from my 4th trip to Krakow, and i still love visiting this great city. The whole of the center of Krakow is the Old City, and it is so well preserved. From the Wawel, which dominates the skyline, to the Clothes hall, the Cathedral, and all the small alleyways and squares connecting them, there's enough to keep you going here for days. |

| | How long do you need? I generally only spent 3 days at a time in Krakow, but manage to see most of the attractions in the Old Town, and some of the New City attractions too. Most bars stay open till the early hours of the morning, and there are MANY bars, if you go looking for them. Myself and Tommy ended up staying out till after sunrise this time, and at that time in the morning there's still plenty of people out on the streets :-) |
Getting around The Tram and Bus network is very efficient, and covers almost all area's of the new City, and the outer ring of the old city. Otherwise, walking is the best option, as the Old town isn't huge by any means. | | |
