"City of Joy" Bombay Island by kaj8

Yup its called Mumbai now!

But those of us who live here still prefer calling it Bombay.

First thing-its polluted, its dirty & people here can be very rude-way they stare at whites!

But this is one place I wld never leave!

Travel here is very cheap-we have trains. private taxis, local buses!

Here comes another but-but local transport can be very crowded especially in peak hours.

There are seperate compartment for guys & gals in local trains.

Advice for gals -please dress appropriately unless prepared to be ogled at!

One can buy amazing clothes-mostly cotton stuff at Fashion street & hill road!
