This time, for the Easter weekend we choose Barcelona. What a great place!!! Well, is there anything I can say that has not been said already?
If you spend 3 days in Barcelona your steps are already drawn. Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Batlo House, one or two museums and a surprise, at least for me, that is the Sea Museum.
Well, Barcelona is not only this. But if you have so little time you must make some choices.

One note about the period and the crowd. Maybe the Easter weekend is not the best period to visit the city (any city), it is even possible that in the summer it goes even worse. Anyway we've been very luky with the 'queue problem'. The only serious one was at the Sagrada Familia in fact we visited the building in the afternoon. As an example take this: we arrived at the Miro Foundation at 10 and the queue was less than 10 meters. At 11.30 the it was more than 150 meters!!!
My little piece of advice is: choose your favourite museums/places and schedule the visit in the early morning and leave for the afternoon something that you can live without or you risk to miss something important.
But we know, crowd is almost everywhere, you cannot be stopped by this and the city has a LOT to offer (see my other pages). We really enjoyed the visit of the city, the restaurants (all but one), the people .... everything.
