Friends are just people you haven't met!
My husband and I are just starting to travel more widely. We have a daughter who is married and lives outside of London. A son lives in Seattle.
We are serious (but not rude) golfers and have visited Ireland twice; both times we went in September and found it lovely. It is a favorite
spot.
We are now planning a trip to Nice via Easyjet
with my daughter in September and want to take the train to Genova. We have no
idea what to do once we arrive in Genoa; any suggestions will be gratefully accepted!
After 3 or 4 days in that area, we plan to fly back to Stansted and pick another European city for a few days..again, suggestions are welcomed!

from stansted you can fly to copenhagen very cheap with easyjet. nice small city with good golf courts around it.
