...mmm...ok...there were also churches... Nuremberg is located in Germany's very South on the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal. It has preserved most of its old architecture (14th-15th Century). Half-timbered houses around the Hauptmarkt of the Old Town are an impressive part of this "nicely-quaffy" place (means beer is not my cup of tea but candy).
"Nuremberg had always been a center of politics - in the Middle Ages it was preferred residence of German Emperors and later Nuremberg Germany became burdened by the legacy of the Nazis. Although bombed to rubble in WWII, the medieval city center with its main buildings had been reconstructed, using the original stone. Packed with sights Nuremberg Germany is one of the biggest tourist draws today.."

| | This is a part of the twin-towered Gothic Church (13th-15th Century) at Lorenzer Platz, it is Nuremberg's largest church. Far beyond has been an outstanding-blue-clear-cold-February sky. |
| The "Schoener Brunnen" or "Beautiful Fountain" |
| | "The Beautiful Fountain" (14th Century) stands on The Old Town's Hauptmarkt. It has numerous figures as well as numerous legends and epics to it. |
