Ganesh pol Painting.
Impressive Entrance to inner apartments ,couryard&garden.
Can see jally work windows on first floor,entrance beautiful paining of Ganesha -means another name for Elephent ,so name of the entrance is called Ganesh pol.
(Pol=Gate).All side of entrance can see painitng form war,&hunting scens,
the significance of painting is it done by vegetabel dye.
Its still looks as newely done paintings.
The small open window ,where the Rani will wish Raja,when he goes to War.

Palace,Tigerfort.
Its 8km from Jaipur,northwest,the building was started 1734,it finished 1868.
Its not much to see top of fort,only Palace is there to see.ThE pic you see is Rani(Queens) Palace,for 9 Maharani for 9 Palace.
Not big one Small apartments for each of them.
From terrace of this palace one can have good view fo whole Jaipur.From Jaipur City Palace , Jai niwas garden,can see this fort wall. Nightime well lit by night.Night it looks stunning long fortwall, with lights.
While comming down to Jaipur from Fort on middle of the way,can have a beautiful view of Jal Mahal.When i watch Jal mahal near lake (water is dirty now), its not impressive,
but from here it looks reflections of hills on lake it looks very beautiful.

Cannon-Jaibaan
The fort significance is ,it is the only Mugal period foundry for cannon making.Kr Man singh of Amber won Kabul 1580AD ,he learned cannon making ,so he setup his own foundry.
The world famaous "Jaibaan",the lasrgest Cannon in Asia.
It weigh 50 tons,length is 20 feet, range upto 30km&fired with 100kg gun powder.
In histry it was only test fired,never used for any war.Cant move anyother place,its so huge.But can move all direction using carriage with turning wheels.

Jaigarh fort
Jaigarh is bulid by Jai Singh in 1726, purely for safety purpose,when war comes they move Amber to Jaigarh fort.Its 3 km away from,Amber,on western side of Jaipur.
This is one of the mediaeval Fort with militery strucure,extensive watch towers&fortified walls.
It built on a hill known as "Cheel ka Teela" (mount of eagles).
Long walls of Jaigarh fort one can see from Amber palace view point.
Inside it has Palace,garden,and cannon facorty,temple&small museum exhibiting different armoury. Here this fort can see Asias largest Cannon is displayed.This fort has biggest water tank,capacity of 6 million gallery .
Here you can hire Camel saffari.
From this fort view point ,can see good view of Amber palace&and old city of Amber and Jal Mahal too.
This fort is still maintained by Royal family.

Marbel flower
Its monolithic carved marble flower&2 butter flies flying over them ,can see Shesh Mahal piller.The speciality of this design is generally it look like bunch of flower,
if we close, i mean to hide portion of flower,
can see five diffrent pics at one piece.
First ,can see it look like Scorpion,second is Sunflower,third Cobra head,fourth Fish,fifth Elephent trunk.

Shesh Mahal,view from Garden.
This Shesh mahal view from Garden.Its small well maintained pretty garden,
with all white marble Mahal's green garden gives, beautiful view for our eyes.
Mirror hall inner hall &wall are well inlayed mirror,it keeps cool at summer.
One can see two littel domes,its not domes,its water tanks,used for keeping water.They had there own cooling system,in those yeares no electricty for airconditioners.
I forget how it works :)),it seems long process,using copper pipes etc .
Walls are marbleflowers, can see outer wall of Mahal.

Amber fort,(1600AD),View from Jaigarh.)
This is view from Jaigarh fort,Amber fort&Palaces.Its magnificent fort,building was started by Raja Man Singh on 1952AD,
it took to build full fort one hundred twenty five years,by later kings Mirja Raja Jai singh,Sawai Jai Singh.Build by redstone&marble ,its blend of Hindu&Muslim architecture.Inside the fort can see Mahals,like Shesh Mahal(mirror palace),Gardens,looking over lake, in the lake can see old Safaran flower garden.
How to get top of the fort,fort is top of the hill,it took 10 min to walk.Can go by Jeep,it cost you Rs 200,If you like Elephent ride can go Elephent safari,cost you Rs 400.
Its big Fort,took minimum 1 hr if you took guide for sightseeing.If we waana explore ourselfs,there must be chance of lost your way.With all narrow causeway like wayes,one can get confused without guide.
Guide charge Rs 50.They ask Rs 150,but have to bargain oops here too bargaining .
Timing : 9.30 to 4.30.

Directions: It is 11 km from Jaipur,Delhi Jaipur highway,can see fort from road.
Lakshmi Narayan temple-at night.
Its one of modern white marble temple with three domes,inside can see
beautiful Lakashmi Naranyan deities blessing position.
The whole temple is well lit by night,it looks stunning scene worth to watch.
In garden can see " Lord Shiva" alone .
To going to temple one should properly dressed,footwears we leave outside side entrance.
Timeing : 6 am to 12 pm, 3-9 pm.
Address: Birla manthir,Tilak Nagar,Jaipur.
Directions: If go through Jawahala Marg,can see Mooti Doongr small hill,Temple is neat to this hill.South of Jaipur.
Albert hall Museum
Museum building is impressive from outeside.Its in in middle of beautiful Ram Niwas Garden,can be called as Ram Niwas Garden Central Museum.It was designed by Colonel Sir Swinton Jacob on Indo-Saracenic style ,on 1886 A.D. This building was build to honor King Edward VII visit to Jaipur.
As soon as enter one can see wall paintings,all few hundred years old.
Photography is not allowed inside.Hall you can take pics ,but not inside :(.
They have good collection of jewellery,pottery and paintings,chiselled brass wares.
Display of Egyptian mummy,one section full of natural stones displayed.Cant touch,only can see thro glass,it kept inside glass boxes for long lasting.
Good collection old of Painting has displayed in this museum..
One section is for Childran section,diffrent dolls&toys from many countrys.Must visit Museum.
Timeing:10.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Friday Holiday.
Entrance fee for Forigners Rs 30/-
Indians Rs5/-

Sisodia Rani Palace and Garden,Jaipur
Sisodia Palace is 6 KM from Jaipur on Jaipur -Agra road.As soon as you enter Ghat gate you can see this Palace on rightside of the road.
This Palace was build by Maharaja Sawai jaisingh 1710 AD for his Rani.It was beautiful terrace garden&foundains.Top terrace is Palace,it looks calm&beautiful on the back drop of green mountains.
This details i read from Palace notice board. I just copied here.~~~~
"The princes was married to Sawai singh with the condition,that the son born to her would succed the throne in super session Sawai Singh elder son or son born to his other previous wifes.it was in this palace Madhavas singh first was born,after maharaja death his elder step brother sawai Ishwar singh succeeded his father with the suport of the nobles of Jaipur.
THE civel war came to an end after seven year with the suicide comited by Shri Ishwar singh."
P.s.Outside of this Palace can see one crafts shop,having good gift items,
price is reasonabel. Just drop inside to have look.
Timing 8am to 5pm.
