This hotel served our purposes just fine. The rooms are large and ours had a window with a view of the Niger River. Solid AC, satellite televison, small refrigerator, and a decent bathroom were part of the deal. We did have one issue though. Since we stayed two nights, we expected the sheets to be changed as a matter of business, but the second night required extra effort to get the maid to do the work. The restaurant downstairs is dark and lonely, and the breakfasts unremarkable. We received the service that we needed though at a reasonable price. When it rained in the afternoon, we watched the downpour from our window.
Unique Qualities: I think there was a garden and and empty pool in the back, but I'm not sure. We didn't bother to look. Don't bother with reservations since the odds are in your favor that you'll have a choice of rooms. Some kind of restaurant or bar is being built across the street.
