Getting TO/AROUND: We purchased Orange passes for the vaporetto as we often needed the rest from walking and crossing bridges. It wasn't possible to buy day passes at our nearest stop at Ca' Rezzonica, and although we came across only one ticket inspector, we felt secure having the passes and certainly had our money's worth. While the vaporettos were often very crowded, people were very respectful of the fact that we were using walking sticks and genrally gave up their seats for us.
