We were only on the island for an hour before our dreadful accident.

I can't speak too highly of Chris, Theo, Rachel and all the other guys who assisted us. They form the volunteer ambulance/emergency response crew and they were fantastic.
Nurse Helen and Dr Morris at the Medical Centre, and Trevor and the guys from the rescue helicopter also deserve the highest praise, as do the staff at Mackay Base Hospital.
