Spend a morning at the cooking academy, at-Sunrice, found at the top of the Fort Canning Park. The morning begins with a walk through the historic spice garden, then attend a demonstraion of cooking Asian foods (with generous tastings) and then consolidate the experience by preparing the dishes yourself under the chef's supervision. This is all done with lots of interaction between the chef and the class and with lots of humour.
