Restaurant Name: oh my, oh my...

OK, I have been to Menza several times, and all I can say about it that I was always satisfied, with the place, music, food, prices and last but not least the service.

The place looks like an old fashioned catering back to 60-70'. Plasitc lamps, and old fashioned wallpapers (actually I heard somehow that those are real wallpapers from that time!).
The music is kinda lounge and chill. Very good.
Watiers are professional: they pay attention, they are kind, and quite fast - keep in mind the restaurant is almost full even if its morning or evening.

Favorite Dish: My favourite dish is
Roasted steak with fried onion (1790 Ft - 7,5€)

Also have tried Suprising Vanilla Pudding, wich was really really funny! It contained also orange slices and ladyfinger and explosive sugar (the old style that we bought in a sachet before and it explodes on your tonge giving a funny feeling as the bubbles blow). Made us laugh a lot.

Pickles (Cucumber Salad, Tomato Salad, Beet) 290-390 Ft

The dishes are huge, so probably after a main dish you wont feel like eating a dessert:-)

It is our favourite restaurant, so if you happen to eat there, there is a chance to meet us!:-)))

Critique of Budapest Times:
An established restaurant on the ever-so-popular Ferenc Liszt tér is not really a secret but the Menza Restaurant and Café is still worth recommending. [...] Both international and Hungarian greats make an appearance from penne to the traditional lángos and goose liver. Well worth recommending are the strips of chicken Brassó style for HUF 1,350 whose fresh tomatoes, paprika and onions give it a hearty taste.

Restaurant Name: Buena Vista

Buena Vista is separated into a restaurant (first floor), a caffeteria (ground floor) and also a pub..
Has a very beautiful style, you can be sure designers made a good job on it.. you will find beautiful harmony of colors and designs, that is not over too luxurious, but make it a lot comfortable..

Favorite Dish: Meditteranean dishes...

Two beautiful Tropical cocktails.. a candle.. a comfortable sofa... a good friend with a topic of psychology.. nothing more is needed for a fine afternoon..

Restaurant Name: Karma Cafe & Restaurant

Karma is a good choice if you wnat to feel a vibrating atmosphere, eat great food and dont want to be disturbed by waiters...

I advise to make a reservation if you want to have a table, because the restaurant in just full at the busy hours

Restaurant Name: TGI - Thank God it's Friday!

Meeting with my friend, Atti after some window shopping.. because
TGI is in a huge shopping mall..
The design is very cool, all kind off stuff are on the wall for eg. there was a boat just above us..
Waiters are very nice and fast and are really for the guests:-))

Favorite Dish: If going to TGI you HAVE to try Chocolate Shake and Holiday Isle cocktail.. mmm...:-))

Looking at the photo I think I should study how to eat with fork and knife:-)))
We had some problems with the potatoes, and found out they were frozen, so the kitchen tried to solve the problem for us.. so by the time I got my food I was straving..
Our waiter was an angel, he brought extra cockatils for us for free (sssh!):-)))
Also looking at it... so red.. it looks like I sit on Fire of Hell...:-)))

The restaurant - club is open from 5pm till 5am everyday, and also provides funky party every night from 9:30pm!
So you can choose either to stay here or just go to the other side of the street to check the atmosphere of Soho Club!

Favorite Dish: Beef steak with bacon and salad.. was excellent!
