somewhere between Siena & Volterra... On Saturday we decided to see the countryside of Tuscany.. First we wanted to go to Volterra, but got lost on the highway, and found ourselves in Siena.. After a little while we could got back on the 'strada', believe me, it was not easy:-))
When we left the 'strada' about Colle di Val d'Elsa, noticed a beautiful small path on a small hill, girdled with these pinewoods... |

on the way down.. even in the wind I could smell the sweet essence of pinewoods, and the view.. I have no words to explain it..:-))) | | |

Beautiful opening picture... Tuscany is one of my favourite area of Italy, really gorgeous, San Giminiano first.. |
