Montauk is the very last town at the easternmost point of Long Island in New York. It is very quiet and very beautiful. Alaina and I visited overnight in 2001 for a peaceful getaway.

My NYC friends think I'm crazy, but I'm planning to drive the length of Long Island and ferry over to Conn. after I stop in Brooklyn in a couple of wks. Crazy? Yeah. Montauk is a place ya just gotta see! :-)
