Arraial do Cabo - Arraial do Cabo

Arraial is the self proclaimed Scuba Diving Capital of Brazil.

For divers and non divers alike is off the beaten path. Not so touristy, since there's not much to do here for the non-divers other than enjoy the beach and the drinks. I can handle that any time.
