My favorite spot is the outdoor lake - Chena Hot Springs

A hot spot in a cool area

I've visited Chena Hot Springs in the summer and winter. I like winter the best but I like hiking Angel Rocks during the summer. Take bug dope with you though as mosquitos are quite numerous.

There are a lot of things to do there besides soaking in the springs. The inside pool has chlorine and lots of kids usually so I prefer the outdoor lake - no chlorine and no little kids - it is very relaxing.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Scenic and relaxing
Cons:no internet hookups
In a nutshell:It is worth the trip

We didn't see any moose in the hot springs!! excellent picture.
