Located at the former original floating market where stopped for more 10 years. Luckily, the Municipality of Ampawa District joined with local people to revive the life of floating market back.Every Friday,Saturday and Sunday from 16.00 - 20.00,all locals sails small boats to sell food and products which made from local stuffs. Not just the feeling of local market ,the shophouses along the bank of canal are original and made me back to the old time. Or called Wat Baan Laem. This temple housed the most sacred buddha image of Samut Songkhram called Luang Por Baan Laem. Originally, this temple called Wat Sri Champa. It was built in King Prasart Thong of Ayudhaya Kingdom . In 2307 B.E.,the Burmese invaders came to destroyed Pechaburi area. The people there moved to re-established their new town and called this area Baan Laem as the old settlement. For the most sacred Buddha image, the legend told that the fishermen 've found 2 images from the Mae Klong bay , the sitting Buddha image (housed in Wat Ta Krao,Pechaburi) and standing Buddha image is Luang Por Baan Laem.

This temple was built in 2431 B.E. in King Ram V 's reign. For now ,the temple 's famous as the location of the Kudithong or golden monk residence. Actually this building located in Bang Li temple. It was dedicated by the parent of Queen Amarin Tramart who was the Queen of King Rama I.They built this building as the dedication for the abbot of Wat Bang Li which he predicted that their daughter 'll become the Queen. The Kudi Thong, originally built in a group of Thai traditional house connected with a big terrace. Unluckily, for now , it just remains one house which full decorated on the roof and painted with gold and lacquare on the walls though it was destroyed by nature nowaday. Another interesting thing is the temple museum where represented so many stuffs from that area.
