Bariloche is a wonderful city, located in a wonderful place... I haven´t met anyone so far that had visited Bariloche and got disappointed. It does not matter what kind of trip you want to make..if it is backpacking, or if it is a luxurious, expensive trip... they can please everyone...all kinds of tastes.

Besides, you´ll hardly get bored...you can do trekking, rafting, fishing, go skiing...and if you feel tired, you can pick a day to eat...hehehe....to stroll around the city, getting into the amazing chocolate stores... And at night, there are discos, pubs etc... if you are tired of civilization, you can also walk along the lake Nahuel at night....
It´s a place for young people, older people, students, families, those who want parties and those who want nature. In other words, it´s a place for everyone. =)

Bariloche is known in South America, as a place for eating chocolate, skiing and meeting lots of students...at lots of brazilians, mainly from the south of the country (like me). And it is true... they receive people from all countries, but it is hard to walk by the lake, and not hear someone speaking in portuguese...
If you ask any brazilian where he or she has first seen snow (if they have already..), you can expect "Bariloche" as an answer... =D

Beautiful place, Ligia. Bariloche reminds me, in some ways, of Iceland.... a place where it is impossible to take a bad photo. Greetings from Florida.
