"NYC" New York City by Kiwigirlie

I was so amazed by New York. It was almost too much to take in. I think if it were possible to get a work permit to the States - I would be applying straight away!
We were only there for six days but it was so action packed that it just shot past and we ran out of time to do things.
It's worth staying for about four days if you can just to see the Museums in one day, Central Park in one, the architecture and shopping the rest of the time. I don't know what Summer is like in NYC but the Christmas season was unlike anything I have ever seen! Americans love it big - and everything was big... The Christmas decorations alone were HUGE! I have to say there wasn't anything I didn't like about NYC, even when we were delayed at Newark Airport for 8 hours due to snow storms. People were friendly, the sights were awesome as you would expect and we just came away feeling like "Yip, my kind of town!"

• Pros:Shopping and Central Park covered in snow
• Cons:COLD - oh the wind was bitterly cold.
• In a nutshell:I'd like to go again please...
