"If you going to San Francisco" San Francisco by Kiwigirlie

I loved San Francisco and have always wanted to get back there. We first lived near La Honda, off Skyline Boulevard for about four months and then moved into the city in Noe Valley. It was a great experience for me as I was only 17 at the time. Seems so long ago now but some of my best travel experiences were from back then. I used to work at a restaurant in at the top of the Los Altos mountains and travel back to SF by train. I travelled down to Mexico and up to Canada from there and the highlight had to be the coastal road between SF and Seatle. I just remember it being sensational! As I suppose it still is!

• Pros:As always - Food, shopping and big frozen yoghurts
• Cons:Don't get off a train stop in the middle of the night unless you know there is a bus connection or a taxi rank close by!!!
