Love Llandudno

It's no secret how fond I am of Llandudno, and whenever I visit North Wales, I have to visit this town. Maybe it's a beach addiction I have. This Victorian seaside resort juts out into the sea from a gorgeous coastline between the university city of Bangor and the beaches of Colwyn Bay. It has a small population which doubles in the summer season, when guest houses and hotels are teeming with visitors. Even when it's busy Llandudno still radiates charm. Where else is there a quarter of a mile of promenade and beach, street cafe-bars, restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlours and deckchairs all day for 2 pounds!

Lewis Carroll, the author of the Alice in Wonderland books, is said to have created his works based on his holidays in Llandudno.

Lovely tips!I have great memories of the beaches & Great Orme.I went to St Tudnos school & my family had a B& B in St Davids Road,if you remember the roads after all this time lol.Nice page, great to see more veggie friendly tips on VT too,thank you (~_~)
