About Estepona

Estepona is found in the region of Western
Andalusia, lying in the SW of the province of
Málaga. Its privileged location on the shores
of the Mediterranean is sheltered on its
Northern side by the slopes of the Sierra
Bermeja which reaches its maximun height
of 1.449m. on the summit of Los Reales.
Its location between sea and mountains makes
it possible to offer and enjoy a great variety
of attractions in a relatively small geographical
area.
The municipal district with an area of more
than 131.669.170 m2 presents a varied
landscape, with smooth ondulating terrain
divided by scores of streams and small rivers.
More than 21 Kms. of coast line offer numerous
and varied possibilities to practice
water sports.
In relation to its geographical situation,
Estepona is located at latitude 36º 25´ north
and longitude 5º 9´ west.
La playa del Cristo (infoestepona.com)
Account with two very pretty beaches: La Radaand and La del Cristo, second this near Marine and count on many places to take a cool drink or some typical meal of the place, like a "tapa" . The best moment to know them of course is in the summer and tries to arrive early to take hold a good place.
