Grand Palace / Wat Phra Kaew: Wat Pho or Wat Phra
  • Tip Rating:
  • Wat Pho, or Wat Phra Chetuphon is well known and maily famous for the huge reclining BUDDA. This happens to be the largest and the oldest Wat in Bangkok. The large grounds of Wat Pho has more than 1,000 Buddha images. While we visited Wat Pho we noticed that Thai massage was being done for very little fee, about 200 Baht for 30 mins. We tried it and indeed it was very relaxing, so different from other massage we had tried, lots of art on their way of doing massage.

Elephant Theme Show: RIDE AN ELEPHANT
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • We found and discovered that those elephants in Bangkok are so gentle and are so popular that they grace most Thailand postcards. Up close they´re even sweeter than you can imagine. There is also something so curious we had discovered, did any of you guys know that the elephant milk is blueż It is so incredible when we saw these with our own eyes, blue milk! We have something for you to look into...if you wish to learn more when you meet these elephant in Ayuthaya, it sure is worth the trip and our time, The Thai capital until the Burmese destroyed it in 1767. There are so much rich history to this but our pages on VT is not enough, however, if your time travel permits spend some time and visit the Chao Sam Phraya National Museum...other than that to add more fun to your discover, use one of those bikes and drive around and see all the ruins. Enjoy Bangkok, not only is everything out there so affordable, but so very interesting.

Chinatown: This is just a small part of Chinatown In Bangkok
  • Tip Rating:
  • Here we are just browsing which restaurant should we try as each of these small restaurants they do have their specialty. So to make a big change we walk in a dim sum restaurant where young children walk around tables offering some steamed fish, steamed pork . All of them where just so delicious. Our table was overwhelmingly filled up with about 15 little empty plates, each dish was more delicious than the rest..and the bill was hardly 15 Euros. Man! it´s super cheap!

    Eating: FRUITS SOLD IN STREETS
  • Tip Rating:

  • In Any Street In Bangkok

  • Here is a push card, big and wooden push cart full of DURIAN FRESH FRUIT. This is a very popular fruit all over Thailand. You do need to have a liking for it as it has an extremely strong pondant smell, in the contrary if you like eating Durian, it´s like heaven eating durian, specially the ones grown in Thailand, they say it´s the sweetiest, juiciest in the world...well, most and prodominentely fruits in Thailand are so sweet and extra larger than what we see back here in Barcelona.

Chinatown: LARGEST AND MOST TASTIEST DELICIOUS CRABS
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Here we found a small corner restaurant where we were the only tourists, found no name on this restaurant. And my wife ordered a steam crab, it was super delicious and incredibly huge, had to take it back to the hotel as my wife could not finish it. Take a good look at it as it would make you hungry just the looks.

I printed the picture of the woman and asked them also to take me to the tiny clean restaurant with no name and no address but nobody knew it. A TukTuk finally agreed to take me. He showed me 15 outlet stores a gas station... Thanks pal!
