Restaurant Name: Starbucks
If you miss western food and drink, including in particular, coffee, don't worry, there's a lot of Starbucks in Beijing and other cities in China. This photograph is amazing: It shows of a Starbucks inside the Forbidden City. A true West meeting the East. Notice the building is oriental; and inside you have a western atmosphere with the smell of coffee.

This restaurant and store offers the food similar to what the emperor in the past ate. It makes all the dishes, snacks, etc. that the emperor enjoyed. That is the uniqueness of this restaurant. Thus, you can get a good understanding of the emperor's diet. LOL. But the food here is worth a taste, especially the "snacks" that the emperor enjoyed, like some sweet bean products for example.

Favorite Dish: Throughout Beijing you can find on the streets little restaurants that make very delicious food. Among them is a variety of steamed dishes, such as vegetable dumplings or meat Bao Zi (dumplings). There are eggs, rice noodles, and vegetables inside the vegetable dumplings. And for the meat ones, ground pork mixed with green onions, garlic, and ginger. Extremely delicious! A must have for all tourists. Dip them in some Chinese vinegar if you like.
