| | Welcome to Sin City! Las Vegas, located in southern Nevada, in the middle of a hot and arid desert, attracts millions of tourists from around the world because of its famous casinos and world class entertainment. Lots of gambling opportunities await visitors as well as excellent shopping opportunities. You spend all day going from casinos to casinos, which all have their own unique characteristics and things to offer visitors. Some of the hotel/casinos are quite cheap to stay at, so there's no reason you shouldn't come to Las Vegas. Enjoy Las Vegas! |
Things to Do Around Here Besides gambling, Las Vegas offers some great entertainment. There are a lot of spectacular magic shows, comedy shows, as well as shows for adults only. There are also a lot of rides for the whole family. Outside of Las Vegas, you are within reasonable driving distance to Death Valley National Park, Hoover Dam as well as sunny southern California. You can also drive to Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona and Bryce and Zion National Parks in Utah, but they are a little far for people like me. | | | New York, New York Hotel and Casino |

ZanieOR Sun Aug 7, 2005 23:38 UTC You have a lot of good LV tips. I took my son when he was 14 and we enjoyed the Tournament of Kings, loved Lance Burton and went out to see Hoover Dam. I'm taking him back now that he's 21! |
