| | Milan is the second largest city in Italy. The city offers many interesting and historic sites, including its famous Duomo and Castello Sforzesco. Milan is easy to reach by plane and train. In fact, many international airlines fly into Milan's two airports. The city offers great restaurants that serve northern Italian dishes.
The city can be crowded during tourist season and can be hot and humid during the summer. Enjoy Milan! |
Just for fun... I took a picture with this tiny automobile in Milan, the Mercedes-Benz Smart. I find that cars in Europe are so small compared to cars in the United States. And this car is the smallest of them all. But I predict that this car is perfect to drive the narrow streets of Italy, and also it probably won't have too much trouble finding a parking spot. I probably won't be able to fit into this car though. :) | | |
