The train also stops at nearby Pompei, which is another place for a visitor to stop by. The trip from Naples to Sorrento takes approximately less than an hour. To get a picture perfect view of the sea and the coastline, ride the boat from Naples to Sorrento, and the trip takes approximately 45 minutes.
