The Rialto dominate the skyline

Melbourne is the 2nd largest city of Australia. With this dominance Melbourne has at times felt the world revolved around it.

Maybe I'm just a cynical Brisbanite. If so Oh well.

Orginally I thought Melbourne to be dirty and unpleasant. Now to me it has so much to offer. Melbourne has so much culture and many unique qualities to offer to the tourist which sets it apart.

Melbourne fully embraced gambling when the state went broke in the early 1990s. As a result there is a monsterous Casino on the southbank of the river and pokies everywhere. You can't escape them.
