Cáceres - Monumental city

Cáceres was named the 26 of November of 1986 "City Patrimony of the Humanity" by the monumental set that lodges. Their walls and buildings of incalculable historical and architectonic value make of this city a picture of centuries XIV to the XVI, as they leave to patent his Strong Houses, religious Palaces and buildings. Cáceres is in addition the "Third Monumental Set in Europe" granted by the Council of Europe, thanks to its magnificent state of conservation. In addition the city has the recognition of the Federation International of Journalists and Writers of Tourism, that granted the award to him Pomme D'Or to the tourist merit. Also it is integrated in tourist networks like those of "Juderías" and "Route of the Silver".
