My wife and i were not sure what to expect as we arrived at Ruzyne Airport. First, I survived a local bus ride to Malostranska station. Next, find the hotel, which was near the Charles Bridge easily enough. However, it took me about 5 minute to be totally lost. I know there was a square somewhere here according to the map. Well, it turned out that it was tucked away right at the foot of the bridge on the Little Quarter side. After a quick rest, it's time to explore. What will I find? What I found was a gem of a city, a lively, intimate version of Paris. The spires of the churches and spectacular architecture immediately strucked me with awe and a sense of how nice it is to be in Europe again. |
