Mexico is great Wow, this place is a great mix of lots of good things. By all means stay at the Cathedral Hostel and party on the rooftop bar. This can't be beat, price, location or amenities. Take the dorky bus tour, Mexico City is so large, you can never get to see so much so quickly otherwise...but be sure to get off the bus often and explore the neighborhoods. Don't be afraid of the metro, it is one of the best and most efficient. Watching millions of passengers being managed so easily is a good lesson for any country. EAT! Street food is tasty and gave me no problems. Restaurants can be pricey and tourist prone. |
