Wallis and Futuna Travel Guide: 11 reviews and 10 photos
Wallis et Futuna is a french territory about one flight hour north of Fiji. Wallis is the main island with the capital Mata Utu. It´s a very unexplored corner of Polynesia, visited by few tourist. There are three kingdoms, one on Wallis and two on Small Futuna island. The kings still have a seat in the Territory Assembly, unique in republican France. It was my 3rd trip in that region.

Happy happy birthday to you!!!
I wasn't aware of this before. I grew up with Polynesians as friends.. very friendly. Good info. I was surprised that no one speaks English. A beautiful paradise.. thank you.
a most interesting place, definitively "off the beaten path"; hopefully it stays like that for many years to come; there are some great tips on your page!
Great to show us this often unknown corner of the world, thanks!!
