I have stayed in London a half dozen or so times. My first trip was back in July of 1998 . I have found using trains, bus tours, and hired guide-driver services for day excursions good ways to go beyond central London.
* Update -- January 2005 -- I have set up a central London page and that is where most of my London content is now located. My Greater London page now only contains non central tips. Please check my travel page list because I have pages for many English towns which are easy day trips from London. Cheers. |
