My precious **shelter baby** is now over 20 years old. Although she cat naps more and more as she ages she is still in pretty good health. She has lived with me for 15+ years, since she was 5.

Waking her up will not please my little princess. See how she squints.

The only regret about heading out on a fantastic trip is leaving her at home and seeing the sadness in her eyes. She sure knows what suitcases and pulling more than one outfit out of the closet means.

But cat lovers do not fear, she has the most fantastic cat-sitter when I am away.

My cat swishes her tail to a suitcase in the hallway.

Zoe sits meekly in the hallway while I work in the next room.

Time for a paw washing.

A pot of oats for snacking in my husband's office. A double treat when sunshine is pouring in also.

Hi, thanks for looking at my HP. Your precious kitty is unbelievably beautiful!! I can't believe someone gave her up to a shelter--but she obviously has a perfect, loving home now!
