"~Acton~" Acton by Yaqui
Acton Travel Guide: 1 reviews and 20 photos
Acton began as a mining community when the gold, copper, & titanium ore was discovered in 1860 and mines dotted the hillside. Red Rover Mine can still be seen along the hillside. When the mines began to be abandon, people came here to get away from the city. Ranches and farms were established and now it's become a beautiful community where Angelians escape the city and have made this their home. There are still places where you can ride up with your trusty stead to a establishment and tie it off at the fencing post.

I’m always surprised when I hear about someone who insists on having a lion or tiger as a pet. It's a good idea to educate the public about why it is dangerous to own an exotic animal.
Good idea having an education program!
Thank you, Dee, for always greeting me so kindly!! And for your stop by my Rinteln, Hammelburg, Waldeck and Bad Wimpfen pages.
