Palm Springs - Palm Desert

by Christian.Lafont - last update: Dec 6, 2003

It is a place discovered by the Hollywood movie stars to relax and enjoy the sun. Initially more focused on tennis, Golf is now the number 1 activity.

And, no, ... I don't have a * Speedo * , .... sorry for that !!

But I have ** New Oakleys ** . And I like them :))

View from arrival

It sounds dry from the air ... but let's wait to be on the ground ...
Don Quichotte's Land

Dry as an empty bottle of wine !!!

But apparently quite windy and all the energy for the valley is produced here and some sent to Los Angeles.

I enjoyed your Palm Springs page and really liked your photos from the resort. It looks like a notch up from the place we stayed in Indian Wells. Kind of strange that folks would pay millions of $ to live in the desert.....gotta have those pools!

Helpful tips! One must ALWAYS travel with their own *Mermaid.* Especially ones who bring their own fins........and bath music!! Gotta have the bath music to go with the bath, that goes with the bubbles that comes with the candles. ;-))))
