Originally the plan was to go to Tivoli on Saturday, then to the Civita di Bagnoregio & to Viterbo on Sunday. However, he informed me that there is some type of "donkey contest" the first Sunday of every month, which he refused to go to. Even though I assured him that someone like myself, who has been bored in San Francisco for years, might find a "donkey contest" charming, he wouldn't budge. We would be in Bagnoregio & Viterbo on Saturday, & Tivoli on Sunday. |
