  I remember my visit to the Terracotta museum, indeed it was forbidden to take pics, nowadays it is tolerated, pitty, but maybe a reason to go back;

  For some reason i thought you had never been to China before,..i guess i should have just looked at your map! Its always strange for me to know that there are other VTers here whilst I am here and yet our paths never cross.

  If the army was good enough for your hubby then I'll have to go. ...but I presume the army had left luggage lockers, just out of camera shot are they?

  Your Xi'an page is amazing. Why did they make all of those clay fake people? It seems like a waste of time but then it makes a good tourist attraction so I guess they knew what they were doing.
