A little Info Salzburg is the city from the movie Sound of Music. This is how most Americans know it. It's location is two hours south of Munich Germany, and four hours west of Vienna Austria. It's population is about 200,000 people. It's the city of salt because if you translate the name of the sity, it means salt. The Salzburg salt mines (which is a very fun tour) were the main source of the city's income in the past. |
